The service

My 12 Axes offers this free political test for education and entertainment, and an optional paid report. Using the site means accepting these terms.

Full report: terms of sale

Who sells it. The full report is sold through Waffo Pancake by My 12 Axes (my12axes.com). Contact: contact@my12axes.com.

Merchant of record. Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles any tax and emails the receipt.

What you buy. A written PDF report, in English or Portuguese, made from the answers of your own finished 60- or 288-statement test. It is for reflection: it is not a psychological assessment, not political, legal or career advice, and it does not predict how you vote.

Who can buy. People aged 18 or over. It is not on sale in Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, the Central African Republic, China, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

Delivery. By email to the address you give, normally within 30 minutes of payment, with the PDF attached and a download link that works for 7 days. The report page on the device you paid from offers the same download.

Your data. See the paid report in the privacy policy.

Price and billing

Price. $6.99 for the report on the 60-statement test and $12.99 for the report on the 288-statement test. The payment page shows any tax before you pay.

One payment. You pay once, when you order. This is not a subscription: nothing renews, and you are charged again only if you place another order yourself.

On your statement. Your bank may show the charge as WAFFO rather than the name of this site.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling. To cancel before your report is delivered, email contact@my12axes.com with your order number and you get all your money back. Delivery normally takes under 30 minutes, so write quickly. There is no subscription to cancel.

Withdrawal. We start writing your report the moment you pay. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase (14 days in the EU and the UK, 7 days in Brazil), email us within that time with your order number and we return the full price.

When we refund. You get the full price back if:

  • we could not write or send your report within 48 hours of payment (this refund happens by itself);
  • you paid twice for the same answers;
  • the report never reached you and sending it again did not help;
  • the PDF is missing, will not open or is incomplete, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours of hearing from you.

After delivery. Beyond that right, a report that has been delivered is refunded only in the cases above. If something else went wrong, write anyway and we will look at it.

How to ask. Reply to the email that brought your report, or write to contact@my12axes.com with your order number. We answer within 2 business days. You can also ask Waffo from the order confirmation it emailed you, and Waffo passes the request on to us.

How it is paid. Money goes back to the card or method you paid with, and usually arrives in 3–10 business days.

The refund policy sets out the same rules on one page and is part of these terms.

Not advice

Results are estimates from your answers. They are not professional, legal or voting advice, and they say nothing certain about who you are.

Figures and countries

Comparisons with historical figures and countries are approximate editorial estimates. A match does not mean that a person or government would endorse you, or that you endorse them.

Sharing

You decide whether to share your result. Please do not use the site or its images to harass or impersonate anyone.

Intellectual property

The site’s design and text belong to My 12 Axes. The test’s statements come from an open-source project under the MIT license, and portraits are public domain or CC0. See the about this 12 axes test for details.

No guarantee

The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, My 12 Axes is not liable for losses from using it.

Content rules and moderation

Please do not enter a cover name that is abusive or that belongs to someone else without their agreement. A cover name we cannot print is refused before you pay. You may share your result and report, but not resell the report.

Breach and suspension

The site has no user accounts. If someone breaks these terms, we may refuse or cancel their order and block further orders or downloads. If we cancel an order before delivery, you get all your money back.

Changes and contact

These terms may change, and the current version is on this page. Questions: contact@my12axes.com.
